Before working on any software problems I need to know if there are any files that you want saved. I will also need the Windows logon password(s). If the computer will start I will try to find the cause of the problem. The only way to insure that your computer will run at its best performance is to do a complete system restore. If you have a system DVD(s) or CDs I would like to have them for the restore. HP and Compaq computers have a system restore on the hard drive. I can restore most computers with out the restore software as long there is a Windows license key sticker on the computer.
